Hi I’m Andy,
I love to swim and I want you to enjoy swimming too.
Whether you want to simply gain water confidence or improve your swimming technique, I will help you develop the necessary skills for you to enjoy an active lifestyle in and around water.
Hello, I’m Angus I have been a swimming teacher for 3 and a half years. I have taught and coached many people with different abilities and of different ages. I really enjoy working in a challenging environment and love the rewards swim teaching brings me.
Hello, I am Barry and I have been a swimmer since I was 4 years old. Much of my childhood and teenage years were spent in the pool and weekends at galas competing for my club and also Surrey, with Butterfly being my strongest stroke.
My name is David and I want to help you achieve your goals. I am a passionate, patient and knowledgeable teacher who strives on helping people unlock their potential.
I have been interested in swimming since I was young, competing at local, region and as part of a club relay team at the national championships. I have been coaching/teaching swimming for around 10 years, and I am ASA Level 2 qualified in Teaching Aquatics and Coaching
Hi, I'm Dean and I love to swim. I have been swimming since I was 3 and a half years old and loved every minute of it. During my child years, after my lessons, I would go to different pools and just swim for hours. After many years of swimming, I would just go swimming for fun and it became a hobby which I still do today.
Looking back to my childhood I was always at ease in the water from an early age, my mum was a distance swimmer and competed in a number of triathlons in her 20's. Both my parents were very active individuals when it came to exercise and nutrition, and naturally they tried to instill it into me from an early age.
Hi my name is Falah. I have been swimming both competitively and recreationally all my life. I have competed at a national level and I have been coaching and teaching swimming for 10 years. I work with all ages and skills levels, from babies to adults, beginners to advanced, and I have loved it from the instant I started.
Hi I'm Ian, I grew up training with a competitive swimming club and then moved into teaching at a Lifesaving club followed by Lifeguarding for a disabled swimming club. I've always swum recreationally at least 2 or 3 times a week, plus local water polo club because I love swimming and must have "chlorine in the blood".
When teaching lessons, my main goal is to make the lessons enjoyable and engaging. Once you find something interesting and enjoyable, you instantly learn lots more and pay more attention. Prior to swim teaching, I life-guarded for two years and swam for my local club. I am young but mature, full of energy, reliable and passionate about getting a good relationship with the swimmers I teach.

I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years, training almost every evening and competing almost every weekend.
Hi there, I'm John. I started swimming from a young age and have been a passionate swimmer ever since. I was a Club and County level swimmer and have enjoyed many water based sports and activities. More recently l have enjoyed participating in open water swimming.
My name is Michael and I've been teaching for 5 years and in that time gained a lot of experience.
I remember my swimming lessons at primary school were horrible, boring and I hated going. My lessons are the complete opposite - I make them fun and put nervous swimmers at ease by installing [...]
I've been involved with swimming since I was a kid, getting involved with my local swimming club. In 2014 I decided I wanted to start teaching people what I've learned, so I completed my ASA Level 1 teaching assistant course. A year later I progressed to the full Level 2 award so I could dive right in and showcase my teaching skills to more people.
As a parent, I taught my two children to swim, which was a major accomplishment given that they rarely listen to what I say...!! This was partly driven through a selfish motive..., I wanted to enjoy our family Summer holiday(s) relaxing by the sea / pool, without having to look up from my book at the sound of every splash.
I have been swimming from a young age and have tried/ loved most water sports. I swam competitively until the age of 15. When I turned 17 I got into teaching and have not stopped since then. Since starting to teach I have taught a wide range of ages from 3 years up to adults alongside teaching different parts of swimming such as lifesaving and competitive starts and dives
If you are a complete beginner looking to learn how to swim or someone who wants to improve on their fitness or technique I am able to help you achieve this. I am a highly motivated Swimming Teacher & Fitness Instructor with extensive experience across a range of fitness activities.
My passion in life is sport - all sports and working with people. I love helping people of all ages reach their full potential and achieve a goal. I spent 8 years at reading swimming club at first just watching my daughter swim up and down. Then something in me said I want to help - it wasn’t Stuart the swimmer, it was Stuart the coach. I wanted to help these children reach their full potential and I knew swimming coaching was the direction I needed to go in.
My name is Tom. I am an ASA Level 2 qualified teacher who also carried an Australian teaching qualification and a Level 3 certificate in Aquatics from New Zealand. I have been a national level competitive swimmer and have coached up to performance level swimmers. I've been teaching and coaching swimming since I was 13.
