I have been with SwimExpert for 2 years and it has made the biggest difference to my daughter’s confidence in the water. Luke has been her teacher from the beginning and has been able to coach her from just getting into the water to a proficient swimmer. I would highly recommend Luke, especially if your little one struggles with the water!

I booked a series of 6 lessons to help me regain swimming ability after a prolonged absence from the water. Every lesson was a positive and helpful experience. In particular, Lisa was an excellent teacher. The pool water at the Apollo Hotel Basingstoke was clean and not too cold, even though the changing room lockers etc need an overhaul. I'd recommend SwimExpert to anyone, young or old.

My daughter has ASD and ADHD so can find it hard to concentrate and stay engaged but the teachers have been great at adapting and advising when quieter sessions are available to aid her learning . She has made fantastic progress this year and gained many badges ! Very satisfied

I started 1-2-1 lessons with Vanessa, I cannot swim and get very panicky in water. After just 4 lessons i feel so good about starting with Vanessa that i feel confident in water and want to learn to be able to swim. Vanessa is very patient and allows you the time you need to get through each step. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa for all age groups (i am an adult) who cannot swim due to trauma experienced as a child, Vanessa is helping me overcome my fear!! We can't give enough praise to Alex for his friendly approach and the spectacular results he achieved with our daughter over a period of just a few weeks. She had previously been plodding through the stages at our local town pool with the classes given. Then she had a truly terrible teacher when she went up a group and was going nowhere - that organisation wasn't interested in feedback or improving, so a quick search found SwimExpert and Alex was our man at a nearby small pool for private lessons. The difference was noticeable and very soon her confidence, style/technique and method was surging ahead.
