My son has made great progress with Eloise B in the short time they have had together, we will be sad to see her leave for Bristol but wish her all the best for the future. A great instructor who quickly creates a trusting bond with the student and gives detailed feedback to parents for a full understanding of where the child is on the swimming journey. The Swimexpert lessons have been great so far, had a few issues with a pool not working but they have been on the ball rescheduling my sessions and my swimming tutor Mica has made the sessions on Tuesday amazing, feel like I've made crazy progress in the small amount of session we have done so far. My older daughter learned to swim here with Ciaran. She now happily swims with her face underwater, does handstands in the pool etc. which is amazing given she couldn't put her face in the water when she started. My younger daughter is now learning with Sean. She's a very intense young lady (awaiting various diagnoses) and not great at being compliant when she's scared. Sean has been so amazingly patient and understanding with her. He gets the balance right of when to push her vs when she needs to keep it simple. I am very grateful for him and the lovely way he treats her. The company itself has mostly been great too. We did have some issues where we kept getting different instructors. But the company was keen to make sure we were happy and we're happy to switch us over when we had an instructor who wasn't working out.

Instructors/staff are kind, patient, and do a great job at teaching kids how to swim. Every lesson I can see my daughter making significant progress. And most importantly, she’s enjoying herself and looks forward to every lesson. Highly recommend. A special shout out to my daughters instructor, Mr. Pav, who has been a amazing.

Really kind and patient teacher
Our little girl has been swimming now for about a year. Her teacher Lisa B has been amazing threw out her journey. Our little lady has Autism, developmental delay and SEN. Lisa every week is so kind and patient with her with a great mixture of swimming and playing. Last week for the first time my little lady swam just a couple of strokes all by herself. This is a massive achievement for my little lady. Lisa has worked so hard with her gaining her confidence and encouraging her to stay focused giving her clear simple instructions.
