Alistair is a really good instructor, he is kind, patient and knowledgable. Alun our son who is 4 has come on leaps and bounds in the time that he has been swimming with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough, whilst the lessons are somewhat expensive swimming is such an important life skill, they are well worth the money. Alun’s confidence in the water is unrecognisable from when he started 14 lessons ago, and he is even able to swim short distances unaided now. Alistair makes sure that every lesson is fun as well as developing key skills.

Isaac taught my daughter in her swimming lessons which she really enjoyed and built up a good rapport with him. Isaac is a great teacher - would recommend him.

Been taking my child to swimming lessons here for the past few years and has come such a long way to swimming. The current teacher Alex is excellent, gives clear instructions and most importantly encouragement to all the children in the class and will help if any don’t quite get it. The Swimexpert lessons have been great so far, had a few issues with a pool not working but they have been on the ball rescheduling my sessions and my swimming tutor Mica has made the sessions on Tuesday amazing, feel like I've made crazy progress in the small amount of session we have done so far. My son has really enjoyed his 1 on 1 lessons. His confidence has grown so much with only 5 lessons. We had lessons with Colin at Wokefield Park in Reading. Highly recommend.

My son has made great progress with Eloise B in the short time they have had together, we will be sad to see her leave for Bristol but wish her all the best for the future. A great instructor who quickly creates a trusting bond with the student and gives detailed feedback to parents for a full understanding of where the child is on the swimming journey. Where do I start? Issac is an absolutely fantastic teacher. I couldn’t recommend him enough! My little boy has additional needs and Issac worked closely with us to establish what would work best for him and how he learnt best. Issac made the lessons fun and within 2 lessons had him swimming in the deep end and jumping in with so much confidence! 100% recommend and he’s a great asset to the swimming world ☺️

My 6 year old had little water confidence before starting swimming lessons, now after just a few weeks the change in him huge. We love Tuesday afternoons at the Phillip Southcote site, with their brand new pool and amazing swimming instructor- what is there not to love!!
