My son has been swimming with Luke M for over 2 years, he is an excellent swimming instructor. He builds my son's confidence in the water and is highly skilled at teaching children. My son is autistic and hated putting his head under the water when he initially started 2 years ago, with Luke's encouragement and brilliant work, he's now working on level 6 and is a confident swimmer. Luke makes learning swimming fun for the kids, he brings along swimming toys for the children to play with. At the same time, he also knows exactly what the children need to do for improvement! We've been having lessons for my 2 children with Luke at Novotel Brentford. Luke is excellent with the kids, is clearly very experienced, and has built up their confidence and ability in the water very well from a standing start. The pool at the hotel is also nice to swim in for the kids, particularly with beginners, as it is small, fairly warm and not daunting.

My 2 year old girl has been going here for almost a year now. We’ve tried a few different instructors but she loves Fallah, from what I can tell he adapts the session to my daughter’s ability and she loves it as a result. Highly recommended instructor!

Would definitely recommend using Swimexpert. Elliot that teaches at Stourport Manor Hotel helped me massively. Thanks to him I feel much more confident in the water and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone that could do with lessons.

Lessons with Jan M in Bristol have completely transformed my 9 yr old’s feelings about swimming. He dreaded school swimming lessons for days in advance and made no progress at them. He agreed to a single trial lesson with SwimExpert only but immediately liked and trusted Jan M and was happy to do more. His progress has been incredible and he now considers swimming lessons to be “fun”. He could not swim at all when he started. He has now done a total of 15 lessons with Jan and can do the full length of the hotel pool using front crawl or back stroke. The lessons are expensive but Jan’s individual approach and being in the pool to demonstrate and support mean that my son has made more progress in months than I would expect in years with group lessons with the teacher instructing from outside the water. He works hard for the entire 30 minute lesson. He is either listening to Jan’s instructions or carrying them out for the entire lesson.

We have been delighted with all the coaches who have helped our daughter learning to swim. Sam and Bron are doing an excellent job at the moment and our daughter both loves her lessons and is progressing really well. Highly recommend them both.

Beginner Swimming Lessons
Our 5 year old son started lessons with Bethany in Gloucester a few months ago, taking advantage of an offer during the Easter holidays. He had previously had lessons elsewhere but not made a significant amount of progress. After a few lessons with Bethany his confidence increased dramatically and we have already seen progress with his swimming. Bethany is great at making the sessions enjoyable and appropriate for his ability. We have decided to continue the lessons on a longer term basis and very happy overall with how they are going. We have also experienced good customer service with prompt call backs when requested. Would definitely recommend.
